I created this card for my 9 year old daughter. Her school has requested that the parents send in a "surprise" note this week to be given to their child next week before taking the AIMS tests for encouragement. I wrote a little in the inside (sorry for the handwriting, I do cursive much better but my DD can't read cursive all that well yet). I've been having to do a little here and there all week to get this done without my daughter seeing it...I hope she likes it and it gives her that little extra encouragement to get her through the tests next week!
I used:
Wild Card for the star card and I made the coordinating envelop both cut at 5 1/2, embossed the pink star and used glitter glue to add a little shimmer
Sports Mania for the All Star cut at 1 1/4
Hannah Montana for the Shine On in the inside of the card which I created in Design Studio, welded and slanted it slightly and then I added Martha Stewart glitter (tourmaline)
