This is my oldest son Joshua's "new" home. He is so excited to be buying his first home - even though it needs a bit of TLC. The house was built in the 40's and is very well constructed, it just needs a few upgrades and some face-lifts. It's coming along very nicely and will be beautiful when it's finished! I used Echo Park's Life is Good collection for the pps. The circles are stamped and stitched. The word circle (pop dotted) at the bottom is a stamp by CTMH. The keys were cut from a photo. Then, I tied on a few random buttons and added some doodles. Thanks so much for looking!!!
