Put any pillow above the rest. All it takes is some altered art courtesy of Tim Holtz and a few simple steps.
Apply fusible web to wool felt as indicated on manufacturer's instructions. Die-cut Elegant Flourishes out of fabric and adhere to the front of a pillow. Embellish with ribbon.
