This is for the No shopping challenge. My forgotten item was the plaid paper with the weathered letter stickers.
Journaling reads:
One of our family pasttimes is camping. We love to camp! This is one of the rare times where we actually got to our spot early and got the tent up before dark. I guess it's a tradition of ours to always rush around and try to find a spot in the dark. It is really not fun> I am always trying to get dinner done by lantern and your dad is trying to put a tent up much in the same manner. When you have kids, my advice to you about camping is GO EARLY!! Actually once the tent is up the stress is over and the fun can begin. I wouldn't trade any of the family camping trip memories for anything. I hope you will have boys one day that pitch in and help like you boys do for your dad.
