Brushed kraft pannel with black paint, let dry and coat with crackle medium(Folk Art). Once that's dry, brush on turquoise paint and let dry. Stamp word "dream"(Stampin' Up!) in black ink(Stampin' Up!), and coat entire pannel in matte finish Mod Podge. While Mod Podge is still wet, sprinkle gold glitter in selected area and let dry. Finish by gluing yellow star sequin(Walmart) in place.
