I remember those tire flower pots....for lack of another word....lol....when I used to go to my Grandparents' farm in Crab Orchard, KY....they painted them white. From your decription of your Grandaddy, he must have been a very sweet man. Great job with this Cheryl!!!

Pappaw

My Pappaw sitting on a tractor tire filled with tulips back in the 70's. He was tall and thin and very soft-spoken. He didn't have much to say but shared his love of cats with me and I received several kittens over the years from him. He died in 1983 so my children never got to know him. He was a sweetheart who worked hard on the farm and loved his garden. (once again a crooked photo)
