Upon uploading my photos off my digital camera, i try to label each set of photos according to occasion or what subjects. I always label the actual photo files by month I took the photo and I put all the folders of categoried photos into albums such as "2011" then sub categorize by "January 2011," "February 2011" and so forth until December. So all of my prints are always in chronological order.
when i know i need a print that was approx taken in the summer time of 2008, i look in my 2008 folder, and browse through may, june, july, or august folders, which takes me no time and is way easy!
