I dont think I've ever made such plain LO's haha no techniques at all! Theres no time for that! Although, I am probably going to go back later and add distress inks and some sanding if I can squeeze it in there LOL OH and probably a title too speaking of a squeeze!
I used a bunch of Sassafras lass bits and just layered them up, cut out the trees and deers (cuz they remind me of the two of them) The challenge was to make your own flowers so I used some cordinating browns and a flower punch to make these. I sprayed them with water and layered them on the end of pencil with a hot glue dot between each layer..
I was inspired by the "he loves me" title, it made me reflect on how much my little brother loves his niece. My brother is 22 and my daughter is 10 so they are very close and he loves to teach her all kinds of things- in this pic he took her on her first fishing trip out on Lynx lake and taught her how to bate and cast a line.. was a cute thing to watch as my mom and I paddled around in another boat being paparazzi LOL
