Page maps 27 sketch 4 , My girlfriend and I also take turns assigning a lo each month. This month she assigned us to do a lo on our favorite recipe and to take a pic while making it. grrr. I don't really follow recipes when I cook. I love cheesecake and I do follow a basic recipe. If I want to get fancier I can add other ingredients such as sour cream or make it a caramel cheese cake, but I like the basic and I use fat free cream cheese and lite pie filling or sugar free since I'm a diabetic.
