Give a Cheer
I am tickled with how this came out. It stumped me clear into my dreams last night, but it went together nicely!!
The post card paper in the upper right corner, the green ticket next to the life preserver, the life preserver and the greenery is all from the one of my ugly papers. The black half circle at the bottom is the other. That had a white background but it didn't look right with the other papers so I inked it. I fussy cut the greenery and tore apart my flower embellishments and only used the stems under the fussy cut greens. I created the life preserver from a part of the ugly paper that was supposed to look like a postmark. I cut the center out then wrapped the red floss around it.
