At the very last minute you changed your Christmas “want” from a puppy to a skateboard… unfortunately mommy and daddy didn’t have time to let Santa know!! So, a few months later, when we saw this skateboard laying in a trash pile on the side of the road we knew we had to grab it for you. When we gave it to you your whole face lit up…despite the April showers, which had saturated the ground and left big puddles, you had to immediately try it out! We didn’t have any protective gear for you; which is perhaps why you did so well for your first time ever on a skateboard! You only had a few spills (evidenced by your wet behind!), but none were major… and you hopped back up on your “green Goblin” with no hesitation! Though you weren’t exactly a pro, you definitely exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t believe how well you could balance & after a few “show-off” moves learned from daddy you were definitely well on your way to being a
“Skater Boy”!
