This was created with ALOT of clear stamping. I inked the edges and the hawk head and the tickets were all punched on paper or on the bg paper. I edged the strips of paper and layered them and made my banner flags from stamped squares. The stars were also stamped and have brads in the center. I am very happy with this LO.. I had alot of fun playing with the inks and masks on this. I will be putting this in DS BFF grad book. TFL~
