I had a lot of pics I wanted here so there's not much else going on. These are from September '07. I got the idea for the brackets from an Aug '07 PageMap, but I added the bottom row of pictures.

I printed the journaling on yellow cardstock in the font AmbersHand. It says:
Sept. 7 -- Abby's surgery was quite a lot for a puppy under 4 1/2 lbs.
1. She was spayed.
2. She had her last baby tooth extracted.
3. She had her front dew claws removed. Both the vet and groomer agreed it was safer for her in the long run, esp. as a longhaired breed, to have them removed to prevent future injuries.
4. She was micro chipped. Ed wanted to do it while she was under because, for such a small dog, the installation is like being harpooned.
Sept. 8 -- We went back to the vet for a bandage change.
Sept. 9 -- She was allowed to go outside, but to keep the bandages clean and dry, she had to wear sandwich baggies over her paws.
Sept. 12 -- When the bandages came off, she wouldn't leave her stitches alone so she had to wear the cone of shame.
