I love to paper piece. I simply cut a straight black pole, paper pieced a real girly hat, added some cricut swirls to the pole for hanging things on.
I used a barbie doll hanger and some craft pearls to add to the pole. The bear is paper pieced and so is the lipstick on the photo mat behind the bear.
