I tried to incorporate as many trends here as possible while also retaining some negative space- saturated pastel tones (yellow,pink and light teal is my new fave color combo!), doilies, circle punching, clouds, washi tape and banners (used as ribbon).
I finally broke out my stash of Elle's Studio tags for this project. I wish I had more of those calendar ones because I wanted to use it on every page I made this week.
I also cut a window onto this page for that small photo and again into the doily- only now do I realize the same effect could be had with a circle punch on the photo itself.
