So pleased to see this layout. I also have scrapped 'Schultute' of my Husband..around 1942. I always thought it was a giant carrot! His parents were not able to afford one of his own, so they borrowed one for the photo! I will upload mine too! Well done

Ca fait un moment que je ne suis pas venue et je vois des choses magnifiques. Cette page en fait sans aucun doutepartie. Dans mes 'faves' comme on dit par ici, lol.
The "schultüte" is a cornet given to the children who return at primary school. We find candies, pens and small toys there. On this photo, my mom in Berlin in 1948, but this German tradition always exists!
