My daughter had her dance portraits for this year taken last weekend -- she's in NINE dances this year, God help me -- so I figured I'd better get moving on scrapping the old ones I still have to do. This is her Jazz portrait from the '07-'08 dance year -- her first year taking Jazz. They danced to the Miley Cyrus song 'Let's Dance.' The coordinating LO with the group portrait and dress rehearsal photos is in my gallery.

The large 'Jazz' on the pp was white, and I used my Quickie Glue pen to color it in and cover it with ultra fine silver glitter -- an idea I got from a LO in RobinsSpirit's gallery - thank you! The '2' (for the class level) is a silver sticker that I also covered in glitter. I sewed the folded ribbons on the LO along with silver sequins and some silver beads from a broken bracelet of mine.

This is for the May Monthly Sketch Challenge Week 4.
