My son and daughter when they caught chickenpox. He was 4 yrs, she was 20 mos. They called the spots "chickenpops". We called my son "Spot" and my daughter "Dot"! I used 7 different polka dotted papers and the pnk ribbon even has tiny white polka dots!. The flowers and leaves are from Sizzix dies. The title letters area couple of different Thickers and some misc white sticker letters. The"Chickenpops" actually shows up quite well in person, but comes out overexposed in the photo.
