I used Technique Tuesday stamps. I stamped the banners on cardstock and painted them with watercolor paints. I cut the banners out and adhered them to the page.
I stamped Celebrate stamp on cardstock and painted over it with Shimmerz Pearlz. You could paint each letter, but this gives the whole background the same color.
The other patterned paper on the layout is by Technique Tuesday...TFL ~Daniela
