this is Katie, my little sister. i took this picture of her on my phone.. outside of Costco! xD we were just having fun while my dad was loading the bus (my mom's suburban)! x]
i actually used the same picture 3 times, with different photoshop techniques. it was really fun to make this! i cut all the fowers off her shirt in the picture... then just auto-colored them red & black. :)
the title came from one of Taylor Swift's songs.. "Never Grow Up".. that song always reminds me of Katie or my bitty nephew Logan!
