The heart is an image on a piece of clear acrylic, which I layered with pop dots onto a red and white chip board cut out. I inked the edge of the red cardstock with white pigment ink then attached it to the black cardstock with white eyelets. I inked the edges of the white card with red pigment ink. I wrapped the ribbon around the red cardstock only for a bit of interest. Valentine is a white rub-on.
