Photo of my hubby and me taken in November 2009. I decided to participate in a challenge at My Mind's Eye this month. They have a great sketch to do and the theme of the layout had to be a song. For my title, I chose a Randy Travis song "Forever Together". I matted the photos on dark brown card stock. The title work was cut on the Silhouette from the same dark brown card stock. I added a few little white accents to the title work. The large scallops were cut with a Quikutz die, and the smaller scallops were punched with an EK Success punch. For the yellow strip across the middle under the photos, I inked the edges and stamped it in brown using a big sheet music stamp. The hearts are chipboard that I sprayed with glamour mist and then added some stickles on top. Three brads are added to top left and bottom right of the middle panel. The tag at the bottom right was added to cover a boo-boo with the perfect pearls I used to make beads on the scallops. The journaling is a excerpt from the song that reads:
Forever together
Til' death do we part
Forsaking all others
I'll give you my heart
Through good times and bad times
Wherever we are
Forever together
In each other's arms
