Deep End

I just love the look on Brad’s face in this photo. He has taken swim lessons since he was 2, but has always been scared of the deep end where he couldn’t touch. But on his birthday, when his cousins and friends were all jumping in the deep end, he just couldn’t be left out of the fun. This was his first attempt to jump, he had to bring a little floatie, and his expression is just priceless! I just had to use Kim’s Pool Party overlay again, I clipped a paper to the swirls, and it looks just like water splashing around the page. I changed the blending modes on a couple of the other overlays in the set, and got myself a quick and easy fun layout.
