Journaling:
It was a late winter for us this year and it snowed on the first day of spring. Every morning when we would sit down to eat breakfast, Annabella would ask me if spring was here. She knew when spring came, it would be time to go outside and play again. She was finally old enough to remember going to the playground, riding her tricycle, going for walks, blowing bubbles, and all of the other fun stuff she enjoyed doing when the weather was nice. She was going a little stir crazy by the end of March, and I hated telling her the weather wasn’t nice enough yet. Finally, on March 30th we were able to go to the playground and play. We had the best time together! Annabella loved climbing on the playground equipment, swinging, riding her tricycle and just being in the sunshine. She also loved getting an Italian ice to cool off after all of the hard work playing! I was so happy to finally tell her, “Spring is here!”
