Thanks. It's not a secret. I learned this at a crop at Cherry Blossom this weekend. Michele, the owner, showed it to all of us. We cut 7-8 scalloped circles. Wet them. Scrunch them. Layer them and punch a hole in the middle. Secure them with a brad. when they drying but before all the way dry (but not too wet still) scrunch them to where you want them. In this particular case, when they were dry, I spritzed them with first a little gold and then red glimmer type mist.
