Bob enjoys the brass sounds of the mid 1900s' bands. I enjoy getting out with him. Whenever the Mon River Band plays at outdoor concerts, we go. The Band is comprised of musicians from surrounding counties, many school band directors. This concert was held at Prickett's Fort State Park in Fairmont on the lawn as the amphitheater is being remodeled. We got a seat on the front row and Mike Roberts, the director, asked everyone to pick up their chairs and move 10 feet closer. That made it even better. May, 2011
