Embossing is easy. That is if you're using Textured Impressions Embossing Folders. Easy to replicate again and again, these stylish surfaces are always a few seconds away!
Card Instructions:
Cut cardstock to size and fold to form card base. Emboss a piece of Birds of a Feather embossing folder. Embellish with chalk to highlight the raised design. Attach rick-rack to both sides of the embossed design using a sewing machine. Attach the embossed cardstock to the card front. Stamp a sentiment onto white cardstock, trim around the design, embellish with a ribbon bow and attach to the card front using foam dots. For added interest, vary the colors used to stamp sentiment from card to card.
Box Instructions:
Die-cut a Box out of cardstock and fold along crease lines to assemble. (Omit Lid). Cut a one- inch wide strip of cardstock lengthwise to fit tabbed side of Box bottom. Emboss using the Cornflowers embossing folder. Trim around design. Cut a piece of acetate to fit across the top of the Box. Attach to tabbed piece of bottom Box. Adhere one-inch strip of cardstock to tabbed Box on top of acetate.
