LOL! what a fun page! thoroughly loved reading your description!!! I've been there.....only my hair is curly...so straight cuts just don't look the same once my hair has dried! LOL!
Such a wonderful lo, and I love the fact that you are laughing at yourself and letting us laugh with you! This is the most fabulous lo - great fave for me!
First of all, I love the layout and your wonderful journaling. Second, I do love your haircut, but I can relate to what you are saying too, about hair cuts...I like my hair to swing - it doesn't!!!!!
Great lo... the journaling is fun and honest and I totally empathize... I think I have moved into the cutest things phase...my gdks correct me now..Great sense of humor and nice design too.
Well I think your "swing bob", sense of humor and "senior moments" are CUTE regardless of any age. And yes - old folks "do say the darndest things", as my DD reminds me constantly!!! As long as we can laugh at ourselves - we will always be cute. Love the title work and honest, humorous journaling. GREAT lo Cindy.
How funny! Love the title, journaling & the pps! You find the most amazing ways to scrap the things that most of us would rather just forget! I love it all!
haha-Cindy,love your sense of humour-we all need to be able to lauggh at ourselves!Your hair looks fine;it's hard to get it cut the way we have in our mind's eye sometimes because our hair doesn't always cooperate! Now I just let mine grow(it's getting close to my waist now!)love the fun journalling!
LOL Oh you're funny Cindy!!!!!!!!! ..... I don't think it looks bad, just fluff it up a little, I say that because I'm short and I need all the height I can get. I really love all of your journaling, it's all so very interesting and I love how you arrange it!!!!! ....... You have a sweet pretty face, the hair is not as bad as you think just Puff here and Puff there Puff Puff and you're there. ..... Hugs, Elaine :)
Oh Cindy! Your hair is fine!!!! I remember once when I had my hair cutted too bad that my husband didn't want to go out with me for a while! It really was bad, you almost could see my brains!! LOVE your page!!!
Fantastic layout and journaling! I just love your honesty and that you can find humor in yourself-such an inspiration to us all! You just planted a big smile on my face for the day-Thank you! You are awesome whether your hair swings or not!!
Great journaling and your hair cut is just fine! I never like getting mine cut because I can't find the right person that knows HOW I want it cut, so I let mine grow until I can't handle it anymore before getting it cut!
I LOVE your hair - and it will swing, just keep moving that head!!!!!!!!! You are so creative and cool! I love this page - thanks for making me smile this morning!!!!!!!
LOL - honey the swing is in your head, not on your head! BE the SWING! LOL regardless, you are a doll and still a hottie! LOVE the overlay you used on the photo. I also love the paper choice - great LO.
oh my well I think your hair looks gorgoeus the way you had it cut...and luv the foto of you...that,s a great piece of journalling there and a great page you created...ask me I will tell you all about seniors moments...been having them for awhile...just ask my family and friends...lol
Oh Cindy can I sympathize with you! I cannot get a decent haircut to save my life! My philosophy is it will always grow out!(One time it took a whole year). Here's my senior comment when asked if I blow dry my hair, "No, I line dry it." Can't you just picture hair on line with clothespins?
Oh this is lo is wonderful. I love when we can scrap about ourselves. I laughed when I read the part about the coffee. I can't do anything without that cup of java. Anyway i love your LO.
Remember the Art Linkletter show & the segment "Kids say the darndest things"? Bob & I recall fondly Greg's pronunciation of "pinepapple" & "gurls" and Chris' sayings "Tippy top" & Upee, upee". I was hoping I could use my age as an excuse for saying dumb things like "Virginia's phone numbers have 3 extra digits" (I was confused when the website left the dashes out of the numbers). I was corrected by DH & DS1. At what age do adults become "cute" again? Which brings me to my hair: This is what happens when you get your hair cut on Saturday morning before having a full cup of coffee. After my usual 1 length trim I stopped the stylist mid way into the blow dry and said, can you cut my hair like that (pointing to a lady with a cute cut). So here I am with a "swing bob" that doesn't swing. I really am too old to worry about it! 2011
