Die-cut Scallop Circle Bag out of patterned paper. Fold along crease lines and assemble. Die-cut a Scallop Circle out of cardstock, emboss using the Flowers #6 embossing folder and adhere to the Bag. Die-cut a Paper Rosette out of cardstock. Fold along crease lines and assemble. Attach to the Bag. Embellish with a button and ribbon.
