Place the crowning touches on this party favorite. With Sizzix Party Essentials Dies, your creativity is always the life of the party!
Cover a store-bought paper noisemaker with cardstock and patterned paper. Embellish with buttons and string. Hand-cut fringe on strips of tissue paper and adhere at the base of the noisemaker. Wrap a ribbon around the base of the noisemaker to disguise any adhesive seams and tie in a bow. Die-cut the Crown #4 out of patterned paper and glitter paper. Layer materials and attach at the base of the noisemaker.
