Cut patterned paper to size and fold to form card base. Attach patterned paper to inside of card base. Die-cut Baroque out of cardstock and attach to the card base. Embellish with a stamp, ticket and threaded buttons. Die-cut Pull Tag Frame Pop-Up from patterned paper, assemble according to die instructions and attach to the card. Die-cut Pull Tag embellishments from contrasting patterned paper out of the same die. Attach to the Frame. Cut a photo to size and attach to the Frame. Die-cut an Oval Label from cardstock, stamp with a sentiment and mat with patterned paper. Trim around design with decorative scissors and attach to the frame. Stamp a butterfly on cardstock, trim around the design and attach to the Frame. Die-cut several hearts (from Frame, Scallop & Heart) out of cardstock and attach to the Frame and card base. Embellish with a Versamark pen. Wrap a ribbon around the card and tie in a bow. Die-cut a Scallop Circle #2 out of cardstock. Cut a circle to fit inside the Scallop out of cardstock. Layer circles and attach to the card front so that it hangs off the card. Die-cut a heart (from Frame, Scallop & Heart) out of cardstock and attach to the card front using foam dots. Embellish with a pen.
