Ok, I'm branching out a little bit here and trying not to be so intimidated by masculine layouts. The inspiration came from a clearance bin where I found this pretty buttery pearlescent fleur de lis ornament, it was pure impulse buying, but I had to have it. I used a mask over the butter yellow cardstock paper and heat emposed the black fleur de lis's on top of that. I also used a fleur de lis embossed stencil on the black vertical paper. My dad was so sweet. When I first bought my 35mm camera in the 80's, I needed people to pose for me so that I could practice using all the features. He was so patient as I would fiddle with the shutter, or aperature, he never complained. Thanks for looking.
