Thank you for sharing pages of your brother, I'm so sorry for your loss. What a great tribute to a Hero! These pages must be so cherished by your family, thanks again for sharing them with us.
This picture is my brother Steven, aged 17, when he first joined the military. He was in the Army, and would go on to become an Army Sergeant, a sniper, a Military Policeman, and a member of our National Guard.
He served our country in the 90s in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. The "US Army" and the "Big Red One" (bottom pocket-shaped patch with a 1 on it) came off his actual uniform. The metal "US Army" embellishment next to the title is actual "officially licensed Army merchandise." I didn't know such a thing existed for scrappy stuff.
