Another awesome use for Distress Ink! The sentiment is heat embossed with clear powder, then I softly inked the whole background with Distress Ink to make the white image pop out. I alternated stamping with water and the same color Distress Ink (Worn Lipstick) to achieve the look. A few gems in the flower centers, and call it a day! I think this technique looks so rich and dimensional.
