Special Techniques: I cut a flower form the Plus side of the Chic Dots - Black 12" x 12" Plus Double Sided Card Stock and mounted it to the Vintage Flowers - White Die Cut Punchout using 3D Foam adhesive to add more interest to the card. I used an accent color, a deep wine color, to bring the card to life.
