I couldn't find Bug's Life stickers or embellishments anywhere in 2005. So, I scanned the cover of my grandson's video and played with the images. I made a leaf from cardstock, scrunched it up and used a hole punch to give the edges a "chewed" look. A little chalk, and it came together. I placed the bugs inside the hole and used pop dots to raise the leaf off the textured cardstock background. I curled Flik's fingers over the edge to make it look like he was peeking out. I punched leaves and added dimensional bugs. Sometimes it pays to not have ready-made embellishments. This was more work, but I like the results.
