On the inside cover of the program I made a manila pocket (made from recycled manila folders) and added resized copies of forms they both HATED to fill out, a copy of the next school year with instructions to dispose of it immediately, and a copy of the menu from the local sandwich shop we ordered from every Friday lunch-time.
