Done by layering various elements (chipboard, embossed papers, Tim Holtz grunge pcs, etc.) on heavy backing then apply silver duck tape over all. burnish each element so it will through the tape; apply alcohol ink and acrylic paints as desired. Then remove a little, or a lot, of the paints from the burnished pcs to allow the metal tape to show. Apply additional embellishments to taste and enjoy!
