This is such a pretty layout. All the punch work around the frame and the background paper compliments the photo nicely. I adore the bride and groom hearts too.
I really need some of the glam pink stickles its really pretty! I love the way you pulled everything together, especially the way you used the corner punch of the loops punch to make the border around the circle. And then you dotted it with bling! and it matched the square bling on the page! Very pretty!
Love it, girlfriend! I love what you did with the circle with the loops punch around the outside. The bride and groom hearts are cute too. Great job - glad you finally got this one nailed down! Good shot, too
Very beautiful page, Laura! I love this photo too...sometimes the candid wedding shots that are spontaneous are the best! You can see their joy :) Lovely colour palette, and all the punching looks fantastic! Very cute bride/groom hearts!
this is gorgeous,Laura! The punchwork and colours are wonderful, and I LOVE the bride/groom hearts! The gems added along the punchwork are such a nice touch, and that is a great photo! They look so happy!
very beautiful design and what an adorable foto you have used,,enhanced by your wonderful details...luv those cute lil hearts and your papers look perfect
AWESOME LO, Laura. Great pic of the beautiful bride and her handsome hubby. The bride & groom hearts, background papers and decorative circle were perfectly placed for maximum effect. Your attention to details (like the blue gems, pink stickled dots, tiny punched embells, and cute bridal hearts) are evident here. What great friends we have on on sb.com! FAVES
B E A U T I F U L Laura!!!!! What a fab shot you got there!!!!! And I LOVE how you scrapped it! The white lacey trim up top is gorgeous & the little hearts are adorable!!!! Fabulous work!!!!!
This is a layout that was done weeks ago, apart from gluing it down. I FINALLY took the time to get it all completed yesterday evening. These are my friends Johnny and Katie ("KDQ") on their wedding day, obviously. I love this photo of them! I took it myself. Katie showed me how to make those cute bride and groom hearts. In her gallery, she has noted that the idea came from another scrapper on the site. You can go to her gallery for details on that. There is also this tutorial video posted by Dawn on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qOtrBZubFu8.
Katie's wedding colours were teal and pink. I reversed the colour scheme on this page.
Thank you to Cheryl (Chez49), for the gorgeous pink punched background cardstock; to Karen (Lost Coast Scrapper) for the pretty paper used in my circle and to my mom, who passed it along to me; Katie (KDQ) for showing me how she made those cute hearts; to my mom (QuickSilver) for the crystal flourish; and to Karla (Nomer) for the MS punched butterflies.
