I think ovals are one of the nicest shapes, and I definitely want to incorporate them into my of my projects, which is why I opted to use ovals here in a nod to the shape of an egg, given that this is an Easter page. &#61514;

Though one often thinks of pastels and pale hues as befitting Easter (and certainly they do), I was in the mood for something a little bolder, a splash more vivacious, so I went with a palette of crisp black, white, lemon yellow and sizzling hot pink for this fun page featuring a photo of my little brother and I visiting the Easter bunny as youngsters.

The title strip at the bottom that says “Visions of the Easter Bunny danced through their heads” was made in Microsoft Word using the font (downloaded for free from the web) akaDora, and the journaling text font is Calibri (from Word).
