Die-cut Scallop Rectangle Album twice from chipboard. Trim one side to two-thirds of original height. Create a triangular-shaped pocket out of cardstock. Adhere pocket to Scallop Rectangle Album to form a bag. Emboss a sheet of cardstock using the Halloween Night embossing folder. Roll paint-covered brayer over image. Allow to dry, and then apply distressing ink to edges. Adhere embossed cardstock to front of bag. Punch two holes at back of Album. Insert and secure wire to form handle. Place foam into bag and add dried flowers. Embellish with netting and raffia bow.
