I knew when I saw these pictures on facebook that I had to scrap them! This is a pretty simple page, but it took me quite a while because of the techniques I used. I punched the sea-shell border and then colored it using smooch and Perfect Pearls. The sun I cut out with my Silhouette...I cut 2 paper suns and one out of transparency, used my colluzzle to cut out the center of one of the paper suns, then I very carefully punched the holes for stitching, I used the coluzzle again to cut out a ring of foam, using DMC variegated floss, I stitched the rays of the sun to the paper and transparency, then added the circle of foam and the other paper sun and stitched about halfway around and then added the micro beads before stitching the other half. I was very pleased with the way the shaker came out. The micro beads aren't sticking to the sides and move around very nicely. The flip-flops, swim suit and trunks and the sunglasses I think are dress-it-up buttons. This is my submission for the Round Robin challenge, I lifted http://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/480291/view/3334195/-1.html
