Photos of my dgd, Maggie, at Pensacola Beach in April 2011. A super simple and fast layout. The waves were cut with the Silhouette as well as the title work. (I've learned how to weld my letters together in the Silhouette program...so cool!) Papers are from Echo Park Splash collection. The shovel, pail, and beach ball were cut from white card stock and colored with Copic markers. I added a little patch of "sand" under the pail (colored with Copics and dusted with a bit of glitter). The "sand" in the pail is some micro beads adhered with double sided tape. The white caps on the waves were made by adding puff paint "snow" and setting with the heat gun. I added a bit of doodling as photo corners and around the beach ball. The bottom photo of Maggie kind of looks like she's throwing the ball. No journaling on this page, just her name and the date were added to the sand pail.
