Based off of an Upcycle challenge at TallyScrapper.com
You couldn't use traditional scrap stuff for this one. I chose old chipboard that comes with your order from sb.com, tissue paper for the big bow, fabric, and cut out some embellishments from my husband PC World Magazine. You had to use something unusual, so I used my DD's sentences she had to write to us one time, and old chopstick packaging.
