The pics are of my daughter and granddaughter. The background cs is from Stampin' Up. The patterned papers are from K & Company Best of Brenda Walton. The pennants are cut from a Sizzix die and strung on green and white baker's twine. The title is from Best Occasions vellum quote pack.
