We have a LONG-standing joke in our family surrounding peas, so I have had this pre-made embellishment since I first started scrapping...just waiting for a chance to use it. And, although I had planned to use it on a page about my sisters (the reasons for the joke), I decided that this photo of my kids really called for it. The picture is a little blurry, but I love the way they are snuggled up! Unfortunately, this is a rare moment these days ((sigh)).

Journaling:
Okay, so maybe that’s not the phrase I would normally use to describe the two of you…
In fact, on most days right now I would say it’s the complete opposite of what you are! But every once
in a while, the two of you put aside your fighting and whining and tattling to jump at the chance to share an adventure
together. And who could pass up the many adventures lurking in an empty Rubbermaid container? While daddy and I were putting
away the Christmas decorations this year, we laughed as we listened to the two of you pretending to sail this green “boat” across wild waters. You were giggling and squealing and imagining all the places you could go. And, as I grabbed my camera to take advantage of the joy you were sharing, you both immediately struck this pose. I love to hear your laughter and I love to see your smiles. But, more than anything, I love to see you find happiness in each other. Keep dreaming, my little ones, and the world will be yours. And remember that you will always have each other.
