This is my little cousin (another lo for his mom's book she didn't want to finish) Jamari when he was a baby playing with bubbles at bath time.
I used some glimmer mist that I made on the chip board letters. I over sprayed them and let them dry on a slight angle to get the effect they have. The same glimmer mist was used on the matting and bubbles I made as well as the matting for the letter J in his name.
The black circle is a piece of scrap I made, left over from another lo I did a while back.
