My cousin, Layton, was a very mean boy, and still mean when he was 16. Once, when they were visiting mama, Layton & I agreed to take turns on my tricycle, but when it was my turn, he refused to let me have it. I put my hands on the handle bars and he bit my hand. I ran to mama, showing her where Layton bit me, and she told Aunt Margie if SHE didn't spank Layton, mama would! So, Aunt Margie, knowing mama wasn't kidding, spanked Layton, which was probably the first time she ever did. When he was 16, he was staying at my cousin, Betty Ann's house, and Betty Ann and her husband went to town, leaving him alone. He took rocks and threw through the other car's windows; took a knife and slashed the carpet and sofa and Aunt Margie was FORCED to put Layton in a home for boys. He turned out to be a very sweet, caring man, so it was a very good thing she had to put him someplace so they could correct him! This was lifted from Tracy Christine's Evan lo. TFL.
