Daddy was in the Marines and went in 1943 during WW II. He was also in a band when my mom met him; then became a radio announcer/TV newscaster after he came home and his service time was over. He later became Manager of the Radio Station until he retired; and not being one to sit around, he went to work as a salesman for a copy place; and also took up woodworking. He LOVED to fish and at one time owned a houseboat, even though he couldn't swim a lick! He owned boats of all kinds during his lifetime and loved the water, but deep sea fishing was his true love and he went often, until his health got too bad and he could no longer go. He loved the color red, so this is my memorial to him. TFL>
