POD...SEP #12/15...License plate

9-19-11...My BIL found this old license plate when he was metal detecting. With a little soap and water it cleaned up real nice and it's in surprisingly good condition. In 1954, the Washington State Licensing Department stamped a new base plate, white on green, that had slots for metal renewal tabs to be placed in. This style of plate with metal tabs was used thru 1957, the 1955 tab was red on aluminum. [P9190988]
